Designed for those with little or no dance experience, this class with introduce you to the basic movements, rhythms, and techniques of belly dance in a welcoming and body-positive environment. You'll learn foundational steps, hip isolations, graceful arm movements, and simple combinations while improving your posture, flexibility, and confidence.
No special attire or prior experience needed.
Comfortable attire and hip scarf recommended.
