Intro to Level 1 Swim
This parent & child class is for your beginning swimmer to prepare for Level 1. Basic introduction to breath control, basic floating and balance in the water, changing directions and rolling over.

Level 4 Swim
Swimmers learn how to completely swim with limited to no instructor support. Swimmers review freestyle and backstroke techniques. Swimmers learn breaststroke and body dolphin, as well as getting more in-depth diving training.
