Table Tennis
“Ready for fun, fitness, and friendly competition. Table tennis boosts coordination, agility, and heart health—all while being easy on the joints. It’s also a great way to connect, whether you’re a seasoned player or just getting started. Since launching in Spring 2024, our program has grown from two to six tables and now welcomes about 35 players. Our Tuesday night sessions also include a small pilot effort—Ping Pong Parkinson, a supportive program designed for players living with Parkinson’s disease. Watch this video to learn more about the benefits of table tennis for Parkinson’s: Finding Joy Again-Parkinson’s and Ping Pong (PPP) 4K. Groton’s table tennis community is thriving and diversifying. Bring your paddle and join us.”
