Groton Community Center Birthday Package with Multi-Purpose Gym
Host your child's next birthday party at the Groton Community Center! Each rental includes the use of our party classroom and the multi-purpose gym. Request for reservations are made under the responsible adult's name.
Included in the birthday party package is the use of riding toys, parachutes, tumbling mats, games, balls, bean bags and a variety of other items.
Off limits are the balance beam, uneven bars and the mat hanging on the wall.
Helium balloons are NOT allowed at all. Regular balloons are allowed in the classroom only.
Set-up and clean up times are a part of the reserved time slot. Maximum 35 attendees.
(1) two-hour time slot on Saturday from 3:00pm-5:00pm.
AND
(1) two-hour time slot on Sunday from 12:30pm-2:30pm.
**If you are unable to request a certain date, time and space, it is because the rooms are not available.
NOTE: Reservations must be made (7) days before the party.
Fees:
(2) Hour Party Fee: $175
Plus Security Deposit: $100
(Security Deposit will be refunded after inspection of facility.)
Refund Policy: 50% refund if you cancel
Outside Vendors/Entertainment will need to provide proof of adequate insurance and be approved by Groton Parks & Recreation.
Optional Add On: The Gaga Party (add $100)- Kids love playing inside our inflatable Gaga pit! Parents, if you don't know what Gaga is, ask your kids! (Hint: it's like a friendly dodge ball or tag game played inside an octagon.) (Call the office to add the Gaga Pit to your party!)
