Groton Community Center Birthday Package with Gymnasium
Host your child's next birthday celebration at the Groton Community Center! Our Gymnasium Birthday Package offers comprehensive access to the gymnasium and a party room for treats for a memorable event. Please remember that the reservation must be made by the responsible adult.
This package allows you to utilize the entire gymnasium space and the party room, and if your guests are in the mood for some athletic fun, basketballs are available upon request!
Helium balloons are NOT allowed at all. Regular balloons are allowed in the classroom only.
Soft soled shoes ONLY are allowed in the gymnasium.
Food and drink is ONLY allowed in the party room.
Set-up and clean up times are a part of the reserved time slot. Maximum 35 attendees.
(1) two-hour time slot on Saturday from 3:00pm-5:00pm.
AND
(1) two-hour time slot on Sunday from 12:30pm-2:30pm.
**If you are unable to request a certain date, time and space, it is because the rooms are not available.
NOTE: Reservations must be made (7) days before the party.
Fees:
(2) Hour Party Fee: $175
Plus Security Deposit: $100
(Security Deposit will be refunded after inspection of facility.)
Refund Policy: 50% refund if you cancel
Outside Vendors/Entertainment will need to provide proof of adequate insurance and be approved by Groton Parks & Recreation.
Optional Add On: The Gaga Party (add $100)- Kids love playing inside our inflatable Gaga pit! Parents, if you don't know what Gaga is, ask your kids! (Hint: it's like a friendly dodge ball or tag game played inside an octagon.) (Call the office to add the Gaga Pit to your party!)
