Aspiring writers learn tactics and techniques for developing the right type of language and skills for writing fiction that can be marketed successfully. Participants also learn how to approach the publication market and query agents and managers. The end of the course culminates with a public presentation of the students’ short works. The class is taught by published local writer Nicholas Checker.
