Yoga For All - Yoga For All (Fall 2) Experience the union of mind, body and spirit while you mindfully move and breathe while building muscle strength in this class that is suitable for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. Lori Miller is certified in Beth Shaw Yoga Fit. She has practiced yoga for over 20 years and taught for over 10 years.Please note: The instructor has some equipment and props. Please bring your own yoga mat.
