IOGKF-USA National Gasshuku Event

Friday, May 15th 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 16th 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, May 17th 8:15 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
All students that are not registered IOGKF members will be able to register for the IOGKF - USA at the event.
2026 IOGKF-USA National Gasshuku
This 3-day event is for ages 12 years and older and will host two of the top IOGKF-USA Instructors. The 3-day traditional Goju Ryu gasshuku (training event) will be an amazing opportunity for participants to train with IOGKF-USA Chief Instructor Sensei Andy Franz and Sensei Eric Shingu from California.

2026 IOGKF-USA National Gasshuku
This one-day event will give students ages 6-11 the opportunity to train with a few of the very best IOGKF-USA Instructors. Gasshuku (training event) is a great way for younger participants to make new friends and experience high level instructors from outside their dojo.

"IOGKF Futures" -- This session is for students ages 3-5 years old that will give them a chance to train with instructors from across the country. This will give our youngest students a chance to experience gasshuku in its true form.

2026 IOGKF - USA Sayonara Dinner
When: Saturday, May 16th, 2026
Time: 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Where: Par 4 Restaurant, 93 Plant St., Groton
$30.00 per person with tax & tip to include the Italian Buffet, water, soda, lemonade & dessert
(You can purchase drinks from the bar)
$8.00 for Children 6 and under to include chicken tenders and fries
All participants and family and friends are welcome.
Deadline to purchase tickets is Thursday, April 30th, 2026.
