Women's Mountain Biking Clinic

Beginners: A clinic specifically for women to enjoy and get exposure to Mountain Biking. This clinic is suitable for all level riders and will focus on safety, bike handing and trail riding.  Each participant needs to have endurance and should expect 3 hours of riding at a social pace. Participants must bring their own mountain bike.

Intermediate: An intermediate clinic designed for women who already have basic mountain biking experience and are comfortable riding on trails. This session will build on existing skills with a focus on bike handling, body positioning, obstacle negotiation, and efficient climbing and descending techniques. Riders should have prior trail experience, good endurance, and be prepared for up to 3 hours of riding at a steady, social pace. Participants must bring their own mountain bike.
