If you are interested in elevating your morning routine, get ready to experience the ultimate beachside wellness experience at Esker Point Beach this summer. These innovative and invigorating sessions guided by an expert yoga instructor set to music through wireless silent disco headphones that will immerse you in an uplifting journey of movement and mindfulness.  Elements of meditation, dance, and yoga are combined into one unique class experience. This program is appropriate for all ages and experience levels. Participants are encouraged to bring their own beach towel and water.
