Barre classes consist of high reps/small range-of-motion movements designed to tone your whole body. Even better, this class includes short-interval cardio bursts bringing your fitness to the next level! Barre Classes are taught barefoot in order to feel connection with the floor, improve balance, and, strengthen the muscles of the feet. A personal yoga mat and Yoga/Barre socks with gripper bottoms are suggested equipment for class.

Restorative Strength is a hybrid class, incorporating poses from yoga and Pilates, with deep stretches and breath work. Meditation is integrated into the practice to provide a holistic experience for mind and body. This class is appropriate for all levels and can be modified to be done seated as well.
Students need to wear comfortable clothes and bring an exercise mat.
