Mornings at the BARRE - Mornings at the BARRE - Tuesdays (Spring) This class mixes moves from Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet to increase core strength, sculpt, and tone. Barre classes consist of high reps/small range-of-motion movements designed to tone your whole body. Even better, this class includes short-interval cardio bursts bringing your fitness to the next level! Barre Classes are taught barefoot in order to feel connection with the floor, improve balance, and, strengthen the muscles of the feet. A personal yoga mat and Yoga/Barre socks with gripper bottoms are suggested equipment for class.
